Music Alliance Ireland/Comhaontas Ceoil na hÉireann invites you, in person or on Zoom, to a public meeting to discuss issues relating to the music sector in Ireland, including the provision of spaces for music in Galway.
Music Alliance Ireland is a group of national music organisations and companies that have come together to establish a collective voice for the music sector in Ireland.
The current working group consists of performance groups, concert promoters and resource organisations with a remit across the island and involvement in a variety of musical genres, including Contemporary Music Centre, Crash Ensemble, Diatribe Records, Improvised Music Company, Journal of Music, Kirkos Ensemble, Music Network and Trad Ireland/Traid Éireann. MAI is now open to new members.
At the meeting, you can find out who Music Alliance Ireland are, what they have been working on, and discuss developments that you would like to see in the music sector in Ireland.
